When Tracy met Barry, he wanted to sell his antique farmhouse. Unfortunately, the gorgeous home had been marred by the turmoil of his difficult divorce. Barry called Tracy to transform his space to help attract buyers using Feng Shui. She recommended that he create an inviting entrance to the house, and improve order within the rooms.

Barry tackled the front porch, removing clutter and adding plants. He even built a wooden swing. Tracy reworked every room and regrouped items into collections so that like pieces were with like pieces. Barry was so happy with his new surroundings, that he decided to stay...and he was happily remarried within a year!
